The First Residential
Building
ALICE, the first residential building, was completed in September 2014. The 3-storey L-shaped building consists of 53 units (some with Nile views and own terraces), is divided as follows: 4 small studios, 2 large studios, 41 one-bedroom units and 6 two-bedroom units.
Apartments Range in area from
22 m2 to 100 m2.

All of our accommodations have fully equipped modern kitchens or kitchenettes, so you can cook up a storm as often as you wish. Each kitchen contains a hob, oven or combi microwave and they are all fully equipped with all the utensils, crockery and cutlery to meet your cooking and dining needs. All you need to bring are the recipes and know-how!

MARY, our second residential building which consists of 30 x 25 m2-studios, was inaugurated in 2020. The 4 top floor studios have each their own open terrace.
Whether you travel often or not, you will soon find yourself at home with our fully-equipped studios. Outfitted with a generous living space and kitchen area, living in a studio at MARY will make you feel like you’re at home, with all the convenience and services of a high-end hotel. We guarantee that you will appreciate all these advantages all along your stay.
