ALICE, the first residential building, was completed in September 2014. The 3-storey L-shaped building consists of 53 units (some with Nile views and own terraces), is divided as follows: 4 small studios, 2 large studios, 41 one-bedroom units and 6 two-bedroom units.

22 m2 to 100 m2.

Each kitchen contains a hob, oven or combi microwave and they are all fully equipped with all the utensils, crockery and cutlery to meet your cooking and dining needs. All you need to bring are the recipes and know-how!

MARY, our second residential building which consists of 30 x 25 m2-studios, was inaugurated in 2020. The 4 top floor studios have each their own open terrace.
